Course Outline

Balance-stability in the walking, dissociation, spirals, control of the body into the music, improve the execution of main tango elements (crosses, pivots, change weight, etc). Deep understanding of the music bar, how to understand the accentuations and how to use it in different ways. Different combinations, challenging the dancer to use the body in the music, using the technique element while handling the music.When you finish this course you will have a larger knowledge about the rhythm in tango music, the different ways to accentuate the beat in tango, and the possibilities as dancer to use it in many ways, achieving the correct technique to do it. Elements that you need for this course: thera band, unstable surfaces and a little ball.
